Hi, Im Crystal Rollefson, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor LMHC based in Florida. Since moving from Hawaii in late 2021, Ive been working with a small private practice while also beginning to grow my own practice. I hold a Certificate in Play Therapy from Capella University and am currently pursuing credentials to become a Registered Play Therapist in the state of Florida. My professional journey began in substance abuse counseling, where I spent two years supporting adults with addictions, criminal justice involvement, and cooccurring mental health conditions. My approach to therapy is integrative and holistic, combining clientcentered care, cognitivebehavioral techniques CBT, mindfulness, and play therapy principles. I believe in empowering individuals by helping them recognize and build upon their strengthseven when those strengths feel hard to find. Together, we can uncover them. Im also a strong advocate for selfcare and selflove as essential components of mental and physical wellbeing. Outside of the therapy room, youll find me practicing yoga, enjoying CrossFit, lifting at the gym, camping, or paddleboarding. I strive to bring the same energy of balance and intentional living into my work with clients. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and judgmentfree space where you can heal, grow, and thriveat your own pace and on your own terms.
