I am licensed in Florida with 5 years of professional work experience and hold a Master's in Social Work from Florida State University. I served honorably in the military for 20 years and am passionate about continuing to serve the uniformed culture population. I have experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, and depression. Additionally, I assist with establishing coping mechanisms, case/resource management, crisis intervention, faith-based perspectives, caregiver support, substance abuse, life transitions and changes, and conflict resolution. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths to help you overcome challenges. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps toward change. I am here to support and empower you in that step of faith to unburden your thoughts and find relief. Once registered, you can log in to Tava to join your session, book additional sessions, and message your therapist. Appointments are for talk therapy over video.
