Hello! My name is Crystal Suetholz, LPCC-S. I am licensed to provide counseling in Maine, Ohio, Oregon, and Kentucky. As an Air Force Veteran, I bring a unique perspective to my practice, having served individuals and couples in the mental health field since 2004 across various settings, including hospitals, community mental health clinics, military installations, and private practice. My extensive experience has equipped me to help clients navigate a wide range of challenges, from sexual concerns and relationship issues to anxiety, depression, and impulse control disorders. I specialize in working with sexual concerns/issues, LGBTQIA+ support, and relationship concerns/issues. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their feelings and experiences openly. My approach is collaborative, and I strive to empower my clients by helping them build on their strengths and develop effective coping strategies. In addition to my specialties, I have years of experience helping individuals reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, and impulse control disorders. Whether you're dealing with a life transition, grief, or stress, I'm here to support you through it. I also offer perinatal support for pregnancy, prenatal, and postpartum concerns, as well as PTSD and military/veteran support. When I'm not working, I love spending time with my family and enjoying live Thoroughbred horse racing. I'm a big sports fan and enjoy watching the Cincinnati Reds, the Bengals, and UK basketball.
