Hello, my name is Crystal and my career began in the corporate field where I remained for approximately 15 years. While working in the business world I was also a PCA for my mother-n-law until she passed away. I then began caring for mu own mother on many different platforms. I quickly determined that I wanted to follow my true passion of pursuing a career in Mental Health that would provide me the opportunity to care for the whole person. In addition to my degree in business, I obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health & Forensic Psychology. I feel that many times we can find ourselves looking in the mirror of our life and come up with unanswered questions such as who am I and why did this and that happen. Your mind can get lost in stinking thinking and your vision can feel blurred preventing you from seeing your full potential and the wonderful person that lies within. I can help you find understanding about your life and the courage to identify the purpose behind your pain. Life can have significance even in the unhappiest of circumstances and the inspiration for living comes from discovering that meaning.
