I practice with integrity and compassion, drawing from both my clinical training and my lived experience to guide the work we do together. I’ve spent more than 15 years in the mental health field, including 8 years as a therapist. I’m passionate about helping people improve their quality of life, and I genuinely enjoy the study and practice of psychology. I value working with diverse populations and have extensive experience supporting individuals navigating addiction and mental health challenges. My goal is to create a grounded, collaborative space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered as we work toward the changes that matter most to you.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge.
