I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, other mental health concerns, domestic violence, and substance use challenges. Together, we will focus on your goals, strengths, and what you need to move forward. I believe that with positive support and a genuine desire for change, meaningful progress is possible.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process begins with getting to know you, understanding what brought you to therapy, and learning about the goals you have for your mental health and healing. From there, I tailor our work to meet you where you are and use approaches that best fit your needs, including CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, person-centered therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we will work together to identify practical ways to manage challenges, build on your strengths, and create meaningful change.
