What should a new client know about working with you?

I Specialize in working with Adults of all ages, who are struggling with anxiety, past traumatic events Including panic, nightmares, of self-worth, struggling with eating, sleeping or daily activities, anger management that maybe impacting work, relationships or family dynamics, Depression including sadness, lack of interest in daily activities and ADHD including lack of motivation or struggling to complete daily tasks, and its effect on your career, ability to connect with others, and cognitive functioning. What Makes Me Different? I will engage with you not only during our weekly session but we will be able to connect and communicate daily if wanted. I will also reply to your messages within 24hrs or sooner. If you choose to work with me I would try my best to ensure you are seen within the same week you have signed up with me, if you are not seeing a good day and time please message me so we can set you up on the scheduler for this week.

The goal is to provide you with the best tools and skills to successfully function in your daily life going forward. Skills and tools will be provided to help calm your feelings and thoughts to help you successfully be able to manage your feelings in your career, connecting with others and also within your daily life. We work together to help you learn skills to navigate from your current situation, to a new place in your life. My role is to guide and support you in learning and implementing the skills and confidence needed to help you improve your overall life. Together, working as a team, We can come up with the best skills to ensure success. I am down to earth, and I make myself available, so that I can provide a listening ear, relevant feedback and support when needed. I look forward to meeting you and working together to ensure success. My therapeutic style involves helping you to arrive at insight, strategies, and tools that you can begin using immediately to make positive change in your life. We don’t just sit and talk. I love to provide you with concrete tools wherever possible and help you to have a plan for the following days before our next session, if that is the pace you would like to move at.
