I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience helping clients manage stress and anxiety, motivation, self-esteem and confidence, career difficulties, and coping with life changes. More specifically, I've supported clients with relationship and work-related anxiety, burnout, body image issues, emotional eating, life purpose and career change, and developing self-confidence.
I completed my Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology at Temple University. Early in my career, I worked as a school counselor, supporting adolescents as they navigated the path toward adulthood while managing challenging experiences and emotions. I then expanded my work to include supporting adults as they face life stressors such as work-related stress, anxiety, burnout, and significant life changes.

I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in the process as you work toward improved health and well-being.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
