I am a licensed professional social worker committed to helping adults break free from anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and internal difficulties with navigating life stressors and low self-confidence. My clinical work for the past 4 years has focused on identifying unhealthy thought patters, habits, and beliefs while building practical coping skills, self-esteem and self-worth and collaborating with clients to utilize their strengths. I believe in taking a collaborative, grounded approach to help clients achieve lasting progress. I am passionate about the therapeutic relationship I have with my clients and work alongside my clients as I would refer to as (sitting in the passenger seat and the client is the driver) by meeting the client where they are and allowing the client to take control of what they focus on in treatment and the pace of treatment.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
