I can help. I will listen to where you’re coming from and where you want to go. I can help you make sense of your challenges, past and present, and go beyond that to work through what stands in the way of getting where you want to be, whether it’s anxiety, depression, addiction, loss, fear, feeling frozen, or something else.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In a safe and trusting space, I utilize mindfulness, body connection, IFS, and EMDR to help you process the distressing experiences of your life that are negatively affecting your present state. Change is possible. Learn more about me and my practice.
