Curtis Tindall, LPC

Psychotherapist
WI
Greetings. My approach to therapy is a "personal approach." Therapy means that I tailor treatment styles and techniques to each client, taking into account their unique experiences, perspectives, and needs, rather than applying a one-size-fits-all method-growth through awareness. My approach My primary therapeutic approach is Gestalt Therapy and Mindfulness CBT. My focus I work with clients who desire to look within to discover the behaviors, attitudes/thinking, and emotions that interfere with their happiness and adaptive functioning. My communication style I create a safe, secure, relaxing, non-judgmental environment for individuals to explore and gain insights and awareness. My journey to mental healthcare My trials and tribulations and perseverance to overcome and adaptively cope with life in a more flexible manner have led to a deep desire to assist others in their journey of wellness. My education I hold a Master's in Counseling from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. My goals for you Goal setting is the process of identifying what is getting in the way of your desired needs and good mental health. My first session with you My full attention and interest is in the individual's values, goals, dreams, and struggles.
