CO
My name is Cindy Audia and I have been practicing as a mental health clinician since 2009. My passion is helping people improve the quality of their lives. My philosophy is that we all struggle at times throughout our lives, and asking for help to navigate these struggles is normal. I am skilled at building a strong therapeutic alliance with my clients. My role as a counselor is to come along beside you; as you navigate life’s journey helping you develop positive coping strategies and to find healthy solutions to some of life’s most challenging issues. I specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma and substance abuse disorders for both adults, children and adolescents. I have experience working with veterans and first responders and have a thorough understanding of this unique culture and the issues they face both at home and on the job. I hold LPC insecure in the state of Colorado and graduated with a master’s degree in counseling from Youngstown State University in Ohio in 2008. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, motivational interviewing as well as didactical behavioral therapy.
