Psychotherapist
2219 Sawdust Rd, Ste 1204, Spring, TX
The provider is supervised by April West. Most people don’t come to therapy because they’re “broken.” They come because something inside them feels out of sync with the life they’re trying so hard to hold together. I help adults who are exhausted from pushing, performing, and pretending everything is fine when it isn’t. Many of my clients are stuck in patterns they can’t logic their way out of, even though they’ve already read the books, listened to the podcasts, and tried to “fix” themselves. My work is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and The Alignment Model, which focuses on bringing your inner world and outer life back into harmony. I care less about labels and more about what actually helps you move forward in a real, sustainable way. My approach is warm, direct, and practical. I won’t sit back silently, and I won’t sugarcoat things you need to hear. If you’ve been searching for a therapist who helps you create meaningful change—not just temporary relief—I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Working with me feels like having someone in your corner who’s both compassionate and honest. You’ll always know why we’re doing something, and I’ll guide you without judgment or pressure. I use ACT and The Alignment Model to help you make sense of your patterns and choices. We’re not chasing perfection—we’re building a life that finally fits you. You don’t have to show up with the “right” words or a perfect story. Just bring your real self, and we’ll figure things out together. My clients often tell me they appreciate that I’m easy to talk to and willing to challenge them when they’re stuck. I see therapy as a shared project, not a performance.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first session is about understanding your world—what’s working, what’s hurting, and what you’ve already tried. We slow things down so you can actually breathe and speak honestly. From there, we clarify your values and identify where your life has drifted out of alignment. This gives us a roadmap that’s personal to you, not a one-size-fits-all plan. Each session blends exploration with practical tools you can use immediately. You’ll learn how to respond to your emotions differently and make choices that support the life you want. We’ll track your progress by looking at how your daily patterns, relationships, and decisions begin to shift. The goal is long-term alignment, not quick fixes that fade. If something isn’t working, we adjust without judgment. Therapy is flexible, collaborative, and built around helping you move toward a life that finally feels like yours.
