Psychotherapist

Hello, I’m Cindy. For more than 15 years I’ve supported individuals who are trying to make sense of their lives-whether they’re dealing with anxiety, trauma, addiction, burnout, major stress, or the quiet feeling that something just isn’t right. My belief is simple: you deserve to feel grounded, supported, and in control of your life again. I take a holistic, collaborative approach. That means we work together as a team to understand what’s getting in your way and to build a plan that feels meaningful and doable. Many of the people I work with don’t always recognize their experiences as “trauma” or “mental health issues”—they just know they’re overwhelmed, stuck, or tired of carrying everything alone. People often come to me for support with: • Anxiety, depression, and chronic stress • Trauma—big or small, named or unnamed • Addictions & co-occurring issues, including gambling • Relationship and family stress • Medical and physical health burdens • Grief, loss, or major life changes • Feeling lost, burned out, or disconnected from themselves I integrate a variety of therapeutic tools-CBT, DBT-informed approaches, EFT/tapping, EMDR-informed strategies, mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing—tailored to your needs and your goals. There is always a path forward; sometimes you just need someone alongside you to help clear the way. Along with my clinical work, I train other therapists in trauma-informed care, supervision, ethics, and addiction/gambling treatment. My background includes mobile crisis work, hospital-based behavioral health, integrated care, and running my own virtual practice in Arizona and Ohio. My hope is that therapy feels like a safe, grounding space where you can breathe again, think clearly, and rediscover who you are. If you’re wondering whether you’re ready, that’s usually the first sign that you are. Let’s begin whenever you’re ready.
