Welcome ! I am a LCSW with over twenty years experience in mental health, therapy and crisis work. MY specialty is complex trauma. I work with patients who are experiencing life stressors, anxiety, depression or have unresolved trauma. I have experience working with Christian patients, individuals in or recovering from abusive relationships, complicated grief, unresolved depression and severe anxiety. I use EMDR, CBT, TF-CBT, DBT and other modalities in my practice. At the core of my practice is the idea that forgiveness is key to healing.
