I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addiction Counselor with over 13 years of experience counseling individuals and groups. I have a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. The primary emphasis of my master’s level studies was trauma and substance use disorders. I live in Texas; and conduct sessions via telehealth and in-person. My specialties are trauma treatment and substance use disorders. I am trained in EMDR; and I find it to be a highly effective trauma treatment that helps individuals make sense of what happened to them; heal from it and live a more abundant life.
