Hello! I am currently a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. I hold a BA in Psychology from the University of Delaware and an MS in Clinical Health and Counseling Psychology from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM). In addition, I have obtained post-master's graduate credits in Addictions, Psychopharmacology, Career Counseling, and Child and Adolescent Therapy. Finally, I am an EMDRIA trained EMDR therapist. I began my career in therapy and counseling working with individuals in outpatient settings, residential settings, schools, and home-based settings. I have worked with clients of all ages and developmental levels—including clients with anxiety, depression, and adjustment issues; clients with stress-management concerns, career concerns & planning, and clients working through family-related difficulties. I utilize my strong background and graduate education in cognitive-behavioral therapy and EMDR in order to help clients work through a wide range of concerns such as trauma, anxiety, stress, panic, and depression. I aim to provide an environment where individuals can feel understood, accepted, and confident that common goals will lead to success. Additionally, I am trained in trauma therapy and recovery and help clients address current and more complex past traumas in a caring and understanding setting. I am certified in Dr. Karyl McBride’s five-step recovery model for treating adult children of narcissistic parents.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
