Getting to know Cynthia Farr
Although I have 17 years as an elementary teacher and 8 years as a school counselor, I also have many hours of training in trauma informed care. I also work closely with the support system and/or families of my clients. My bachelor's degree is also in Biomedical Science so I come with a background in how the brain is affected by certain events in our lives. Mental wellness is just as important as physical wellness.
