Stuck in anger, sadness, and frustration, which can lead to symptoms of anxiety, depression, and feelings of helplessness, I believe that people have the ability and strength to cope with life's unexpected turns and disappointments. I have an eclectic approach where I use cognitive behavioral therapy, a solution-focused approach, acceptance, mindfulness, and narrative therapy techniques to increase one's insight and awareness. I work with individuals to identify areas that aren't currently working in their lives. My communication style I provide a safe, client-centered, non-judgmental, and caring space for individuals to process their feelings, strengthen their resources, and build effective coping skills to tackle the big and little stressors that come their way.
