I have a diverse background in social services, starting my career working with clients in crisis, then working as Director of Services and Clinical Director at a social service agency. My clinical background includes providing mental health therapy to individuals and couples for the past four years as well as training providers, community members, and organizations on various mental health topics. I have worked in both private and nonprofit settings with a range of populations and client backgrounds. My clinical focus includes depression and suicidality, anxiety and panic, trauma and PTSD, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive personality disorder, grief and loss, and schizophrenia spectrum disorders but have experience guiding clients with a wide range of mental health concerns.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I strive to provide a warm and nonjudgmental space where clients and I work together to find individual solutions to unique and complex issues with an ultimate goal of inner peace, fulfillment, and self-love.
