Getting to know Cynthia Marquez

My ideal client is an adolescent or young adult navigating anxiety, life transitions, or relationship challenges. They may feel overwhelmed or uncertain about the future, but they’re motivated to grow. I help them build coping skills, explore their identity, and set meaningful goals using a warm, person-centered, strength-based approach. I especially enjoy supporting clients from diverse backgrounds and creating a space where they feel seen, heard, and empowered. I speak English and Spanish!

What should a new client know about working with you?

I support adolescents, young adults and adults with anxiety, ADHD, relationship issues, and life transitions. I use person-centered, solution-focused, CBT, and strength-based approaches. My goal is to build coping skills, encourage self-exploration, and create a safe, inclusive space for growth.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We start the process with a quick 15 minute phone consultation with our care coordination team to get you scheduled. Once you are booked, you will see me for a formal assessment and go from there!
