What should a new client know about working with you?

I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe to explore your thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. My approach is collaborative — we work together to identify patterns, uncover strengths, and develop practical tools for growth and healing. I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Techniques to help you manage challenges such as depression, anxiety, grief, or life transitions. I also integrate a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive perspective, ensuring that therapy aligns with your values, background, and goals. You can expect me to be compassionate yet direct, helping you stay focused and accountable while encouraging self-compassion and progress at your own pace. My goal is to help you gain insight, build resilience, and create lasting change — so you can truly bloom within and live a more balanced, fulfilled life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During our first few sessions, I take time to get to know you — your story, goals, and what brings you to therapy. We’ll explore your strengths, challenges, and patterns in a supportive and nonjudgmental space. I believe in working collaboratively, so together we’ll identify what you’d like to change and create a plan that fits your needs and pace. A typical session often includes open conversation, guided reflection, and practical tools you can apply between sessions. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused techniques, and mindfulness strategies to help you build awareness and resilience. As therapy progresses, we’ll regularly check in to assess your growth, celebrate progress, and adjust our goals as needed. My goal is to help you feel more empowered, balanced, and confident in navigating life’s challenges — both during and long after our work together.
