I have been in the mental health field for about 10 years. I got my start at an inpatient psychiatric facility, and I never looked back! That experience helped me realize my passion for mental health and making a difference for those who struggle with it. I have been in private practice for 2 years and practicing as a licensed provider for 3 years. I hold three licenses in NY, PA, and FL. My specialties include anxiety, depression, PTSD, and LGBTQ+-related issues. I tailor my sessions to meet each client’s unique needs. I believe everyone has the ability to improve their lives, and I want to empower them to do so.
