Getting to know Cynthia Nyberg

I specialize in helping women, new moms (and moms-to-be) tackle the ups and downs, and downright sideways moments of pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting. As a social worker and a mom of two I get it! Motherhood is equal parts beautiful and exhausting, and occasionally makes you wonder if sleep was ever real. When I am not working with clients, I’m probably indulging in way too much coffee, watching the latest current events, or dragging myself to the gym, because we all know exercise is hard, but necessary! I started this practice because I believe in supporting women and families in an authentic, non-judgmental way, whether you’re feeling on top of the world or like you’re barely hanging on. So, what can you expect when we work together? I will provide a space where you can be real. We’ll laugh, we’ll cry, and we’ll figure out practical steps to help you feel more balanced and capable. Even if you don’t have it all figured out yet. (No one does). My goal is to help you navigate this journey with a little more confidence, a lot more self-compassion, and maybe even a few laughs along the way.
