Hello, my name is Cynthia.
Does life sometimes become overwhelming and feel out of control, as if that sense of stability goes out the window? I help people navigate difficult periods in life, whether caused by relationships with loved ones, illness, loss and grief, or lifestyle changes due to transitioning. Together, we explore the reasons behind these challenges and find ways to manage health issues and other factors that affect your mental well-being.
I hold a Bachelor's degree and a Master's in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University, which have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you through these times.

Whether you are dealing with overwhelming relationships or cycles of anxiety or depression, I am here to help. Seeking therapy can be overwhelming and challenging; and I am here to help you manage through the challenges and to hopefully enlighten the path with guidance, compassion and a safe place to heal and grow. More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
