Hello! My name is Cindy! I am an LMHC in New York State providing virtual therapy to clients in need. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania and my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. Since graduating, I have worked in a variety of settings, including community mental health, case management with individuals with disabilities, inpatient psychiatric care, and, of course, virtual therapy providing mental health treatment! I believe that every person has the ability to make positive changes for themselves. However, sometimes they just need a little help, and that's where I come in! I am familiar with cognitive behavioral therapy as well as person-centered and brief solution-focused therapeutic interventions. My specialties include treatment of anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and LGBTQIA+ related concerns. You can be assured that I will provide non-judgmental, warm, and open-minded care when meeting with me. My goal is for you to be as comfortable as possible! I look forward to meeting with you!
