I have over a decade of experience working with a variety of populations, marginalized and at risk individuals and their families, survivors of traumas individuals navigating complex trauma, anxiety, ADHD in adulthood, families of children with autism, first responders and members of law enforcement, coaches of athletes, athletes, people who have been incarcerated or are on probation. My approach is rooted in compassion, cultural humility, and a deep respect for each person's lived experience. I use a holistic and skills-based approach, guiding individuals in developing practical tools to manage life's complexities, reconnect with their strengths, and move toward lasting change. I work towards building therapeutic trust in order to work towards processing and building coping skills to manage life's everyday stressors. I'm committed to creating inclusive, affirming spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow. I am trained in trauma incident reduction therapy and can utilize different tools from the practice to support those processing either recent or past traumas. I use an integrative approach of CBT, trauma informed therapy, strength-based solution focused therapy, and family/relationship systems to create the best treatment plan tailored to fit each person's unique needs.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
