I specialize in fostering safe, supportive environments and implementing tailored interventions to meet the unique needs of my clients. This solid foundation continues to shape my compassionate and effective therapy style today. I help children, adolescents, adults, and families address trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relational challenges. My professional experience includes extensive work with military families and veterans, informed by my personal background in the U.S. Air Force. This perspective allows me to connect deeply with clients and provide practical, empathetic solutions tailored to their needs.
