As a relational psychotherapist, my clients join me to cultivate and grow an alliance grounded in empathic embrace and an anti-oppressive stance. Whether it's grief, depression, psychosis, or trauma that's brought you here, we'll write your story by honoring all that you are, shedding what no longer serves you, and embodying your complexity with grace.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Much like any other relationship, the ones I build with my clients are unique and cultivated over time. I welcome you to setup a free 15 minute consultation to explore what you may find here. My hope is for you to find rest within yourself and the relationships around you; to say, "Effoy," an Amharic word that expresses a state of rest and grounding.
