My journey as a Marriage & Family Therapist began with a curiosity about human relationships, how trauma impacts human cognition and interpersonal connections, and healing relationships impacted by infidelity. I am driven by the belief that everyone has the capacity for growth, healing, and resilience toward lasting change. Like many therapists, I work with a variety of people, from all walks of life, who struggle with a variety of issues, from depression and anxiety, to family conflict and relational challenges.
