What should a new client know about working with you?

As a Latina therapist, I understand how culture, family dynamics, and life experiences can impact emotional well-being. Many people are used to carrying stress quietly. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical, using psychodynamic approaches to help clients process emotions, gain insight, and develop healthier ways to cope. I am an LCSW with a background in psychology, a Master’s degree in General Psychology, and a Master of Clinical Social Work.
