Hello, I'm Daine. Life is full of surprises, and sometimes they aren't all good. These surprises can impact our wellbeing, but together we can manage them. My goal is to provide you with the guidance and tools to cope with life's inevitable challenges and to help you make better decisions for a fulfilling lifestyle.
I graduated from Walden University in 2018 with a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and I also hold a Master's degree in Forensic Psychology. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I've spent the last three years working in private practice. My experience spans working with clients dealing with depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, schizophrenia, and PTSD. Additionally, I've had the privilege of serving as a community provider for Veterans Affairs, assisting veterans in navigating life after active duty, transitioning to civilian life, and managing PTSD.
My approach focuses on adults and adolescents, utilizing cognitive therapy to help clients view their issues from multiple perspectives. I believe in empowering clients to make their own decisions to change their lives for the better. By building a strong therapeutic relationship, we can break down the barriers that hinder your success in life.
