Hello, I am Daine Barlow! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 6 years of experience providing mental health counseling to clients in need. I earned my Bachelor's in Criminal Justice from South University, my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University, and my Master's in Forensic Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I've worked in many different clinical settings ever since. I am a passionate and empathetic therapist with strong counseling abilities and an understanding of interpersonal relationships. I have experience helping clients overcome mood disorders, depression, and anxiety using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also have much experience helping clients build the life that they dream of using Motivational Interviewing. Through clinical experience, compassion, and empathy, I support and assist those willing to make a positive difference in their lives. I pride myself on providing a safe and supportive space to work side by side to overcome depression, anxiety, and life barriers. I specialize in depression, anxiety, stress reduction, and psychosis using an individual counseling approach.
