As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I specialize in treating Anxiety Disorders, Depression, Bipolar Disorders, Borderline Personality Disorder, trauma and PTSD, and Schizophrenia and related disorders. I work with the adult population, with a focus on those involved in the criminal justice system. I also provide Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University, a Master’s in Forensic Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, and a Bachelor’s degree from South University. I use an integrative therapy style to help you find balance in all aspects of your life, drawing from Person-Centered, Mindfulness, Cognitive-Behavioral, Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical approaches.
