I will help you get there. My therapeutic approach is eclectic which allows me to be client-centered and meet you where you are at in your journey to wellness. I often use CBT (Cognitive Behavorial Therapy) to address an assortment of needs. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a form of psychological treatment that is effective for a range of problems including depression, anxiety disorders, alcohol and drug use problems, marital problems, eating disorders, and severe mental illness.
