Getting to know Daisy Hollick

I am a bilingual (Spanish and English) therapist who works with children, adolescents, and adults. With a deep commitment to fostering trust and safety within the therapeutic relationship, I believe that each person is the expert of their own life and that the therapy process should be collaborative, empowering, and rooted in respect for cultural context.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I have experience working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, stress related to immigration, and life transitions. I am especially passionate about supporting Latinx and other minority communities, acknowledging how cultural background and identity shape our experiences and resilience. By incorporating strength-based and trauma-informed care, I work to help clients navigate difficult emotions, explore the impact of their environments, and gain insight into their personal narratives.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I use a blend of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing work to tailor treatment to each client's unique needs. Whether you are looking to heal from trauma, enhance your coping skills, or simply explore what makes you tick, I offer a compassionate and non-judgmental space for growth. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating, but the rewards of this journey are profound. I am here to walk alongside you as you embark on your path to healing, self-discovery, and empowerment. Contact me today to begin your journey towards clarity and well-being. In addition to therapy, I participate in our supervised ADHD, autism (ASD), and diagnostic-clarification assessment services for ages 12 and up, offered in English and Spanish under the supervision of a licensed clinician. *Se habla español. Disponible por telemedicina.* Daisy is a Clinical Social Work Associate (CSWA) serving clients in Oregon, practicing under the supervision of a licensed clinical social worker.
