I work with children, teens, and young adults who are dealing with difficult family relationships, loss, overwhelming emotions, or painful experiences that continue to affect daily life. I have a particular passion for helping teens and young adults feel understood as they navigate relationships, growing independence, and major life changes. You do not need to know exactly what to say or where to begin. I take time to get to know you, understand what matters to you, and build trust at a pace that feels comfortable. Together, we can explore what has been difficult, recognize your strengths, and develop practical ways to manage emotions and everyday challenges. My experience includes supporting young people who have lived through abuse, the loss of a parent, foster care, and other difficult family circumstances. I have also supported adults facing significant mental health concerns, grief, and life transitions. These experiences have taught me that behavior and emotions often have a story behind them, and I approach that story with compassion and curiosity. I believe your voice should guide your care. I respect each client’s background and work collaboratively toward goals that feel meaningful to them. Whether you are seeking support for your child or teen, or a space of your own as a young adult, I welcome the opportunity to work with you.
