What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first session will include questions about your background and current experiences. Please be advised that if you are actively experiencing a mental health crisis involving thoughts or statements to harm yourself or others, or feeling like your decision-making, mood, and fears are "out of control" or causing you extreme distress, it would not be appropriate to book with me at this time. Please instead reach DASH in Hauppauge, Stony Brook's Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program (CPEP), or simply call 911.
