As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I’ve had the opportunity to work with people from many different walks of life. I often work with clients facing challenges like addiction, PTSD, anxiety, life transitions, and so on. I truly believe that change is possible for anyone who wants it. Growth starts with that first step. My role is to help you take it with clarity, compassion, and confidence.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I take an eclectic and individualized approach to therapy. There’s no one-size-fits-all way to heal or grow. Every person’s story is unique. I draw from different therapeutic modalities depending on what fits you best, whether that’s CBT, narrative, mindfulness, solution-focused, strength-based strategies, etc.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Your first session is simply about getting to know each other. We’ll talk about what brings you in, what you hope to work on, and how I can best support you. I also want you to get a sense of who I am and how I work, so you can feel comfortable moving forward. From the very beginning, we’ll start building a space that encourages honesty, reflection, and growth toward your best self.
