I have worked as a therapist for 20 years, and I have experience working with clients of a variety of ages and backgrounds. I graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 2003 and I have worked in a variety of mental health settings since then, including residential care, wilderness therapy, outpatient community behavioral health, and private practice. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist by training, and so I have experience with couples and families as well as individual clients. I work with clients of all ages- younger children, teens, and adults. I have experience working with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, and substance use issues. I am trained in EMDR and have experience working with clients who have experienced trauma. I have an extensive background in working with Autistic clients. I am a member of the LGBTQ Therapist Guild of Utah and have experience providing supportive and affirming care for members of the LGBTQ+ community. In my free time I enjoy running, hiking, skiing, and spending family time with my wife and our two children.
