I'm a certified domestic violence counselor and somatic EMDR practitioner, and I tailor the work to your needs. What to Expect Start with a free consultation: a 15-minute call to ask questions and see whether we’re a good fit. Then we’ll schedule an intake session: a chance for us to get to know each other and for me to understand what you need so I can best support you. From there, we’ll work together: set goals, check in on your progress, and shape a plan that fits you.
