Dana Noelle McDonald, LPCC-S, LICDC-CS Dana Noelle McDonald is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervisor designation and a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor with Supervisor designation in Ohio, practicing since 2013.
