I am passionate about creating a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients. I am committed to helping my clients identify and navigate their feelings, learn healthier coping skills, and ultimately find hope and heal. I have worked with adults and adolescence with eating disorders, substance and behavioral addictions, personality disorders, bipolar disorder, co-dependency, trauma, anxiety, and depression.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I have experience working in many levels of care. I have received extensive training in dialectal behavioral therapy (DBT). I implements evidence-based treatment modalities such as ACT, DBT, CBT, trauma informed care, and psychodynamic psychotherapy depending on my clients’ needs.

Having navigated my own challenges in life, I understand how powerful it can be to have someone in your corner. I’m here to be that person for you, offering support, guidance, and compassion as you navigate your own journey.
