What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe in building my clients perception of self and self efficacy through the use of unconditional positive regard and Empathy. In respect to my clients introspective existence, I utilize different therapeutic approaches depending on the clients specific needs. I believe in focusing on what can be controlled and accepting what is. Practicing autonomy is the road to success in and out of therapy.
