Surviving to thriving is my goal in helping individuals. We often get caught up in the day-to-day challenges and focus only on surviving these uncertainties; however, I want to work with you and assist you in moving toward thriving and living your best life. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's in Social Work from Widener University and over 20 years of experience as a therapist. I have worked with individuals facing a wide range of concerns, including life adjustments, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem, and grief and loss. I also have extensive experience supporting individuals with mood disorders or trauma histories.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My counseling style is warm and interactive. Clinically, I practice from a person-centered approach and utilize evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, solution-focused interventions, and motivational interviewing techniques. All interventions are tailored to each individual to meet their needs.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The therapeutic relationship is one of the key ingredients to success. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I provide a supportive and welcoming space free from judgment or rejection. I am easy to talk to, empathetic, and caring. Starting therapy can be a difficult decision, and I applaud you for taking the first steps!
