Getting to know Daniel Cooper

My name is Dan Cooper, and I have been a licensed counselor since 2008. My path to this work was shaped early on by a year of public service with AmeriCorps, followed by time working in a transitional living program for homeless youth. Watching counselors help young people create meaningful, lasting change in their lives inspired me to pursue this work myself - and that sense of purpose has stayed with me ever since. My approach to counseling is fundamentally collaborative. I believe that you are the expert on your own life and circumstances. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to offer an outside perspective, help you clarify what you want, and support you in taking accountable steps toward your own goals. Together, we work as a team.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim.
