I am honored to collaborate with teens, adults, and couples (+ throuples!) in the areas of mood, personality, and addictive disorders. My passionate work has been shaped by my experience serving those in the queer community, the addiction community, minority populations, and others marginalized by society at large. I thrive on meeting people where they are when they come in, and where they want to go. We work together toward how you want things to be different when our work is done, guided by your own truths and revelations in the therapy space. I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor's degree from Carlow University. I am Certified in Somatic Trauma Therapy (C-ISTT) and utilize a blend of EFT and the Gottman Method for couples. I endorse gender-affirming care, as I have served the LGBTQIA+ community directly as a member. I offer afternoon, evening, and Saturday availability in person in Mt. Lebanon, PA. I enjoy touching base with potential clients to learn more about their personal goals as well as challenges and encourage you to set up a free consult now.
