What should a new client know about working with you?

So many lives are lived as only a small "portion" of their full potential. Sadly, some lives even less so. I would love the opportunity to guide you on your own special journey to greater life satisfaction, one that is truly worth living. Take that first step and give me a call, I would love the opportunity to see you through what you are going through today

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I take the time to truly listen and fully grasp what you're going through. With a blend of humor and compassion my approach is that you could learn to trust in sharing the thoughts, feelings and emotions which are causing disharmony in your life. Then, together, we can formulate a plan so that you can then begin to reach towards the goals you were always meant to achieve. I also use worksheets and videos to illustrate the principles that have already been proven effective to help your problem. These techniques can by provided either through telehealth or with me during "in-person" sessions.

Out-of-pocket fees and assistance
Initial session: $150 for 60 minutes
Ongoing session: $100-150 for 50 minutes
  • Sliding scale: Offers lower out-of-pocket fees on an individual basis, typically based on your ability to pay
  • Files your insurance claim: You pay the session fee upfront and the provider files the claim for you, so you can get reimbursed directly without worrying about the paperwork
  • Charges post-reimbursement amount: This provider will only charge you for the amount you pay after you get reimbursed from your insurance plan, so you don’t need to pay the session fee upfront

My provider not only listens but focuses on what possibilities I have and not just tell me what to do - highly recommend!

I loved the Irish accent, very funny. Was given two phrases to start a foundation. “I can” and “give my mind a vacation”

The introductory first session went well. Motivated to see how the next sessions proceed but I’m optimistic!

Nice guy, but he did not suggest anything. I sent him some personal notes prior, so perhaps as a professional he was concentrating on that and trying to get information from my spouse to address that issue. However, I walked away feeling like we got nothing accomplished. Nothing. Not enough feedback or suggestions from him. He asked what he could do for us....Well we are here to find out what YOU can do for us based on what we are telling you? I don't know what you can do. You should be making suggestions or recommendations if you can't help. I was disappointed.

This was my first time speaking with a professional and it was much easier than I had excepted. He made it very easy and pressure free.
Verified patient
His ability to get to the “understanding of the problem” is so helpful and he continues to encourage my own thoughts and perceptions of the issue at hand.
