You are worthy. That’s not just a belief, it’s the foundation of how I work. In today’s fast paced, reactive world, it’s easy to lose connection with ourselves. We avoid, suppress, or power through pain instead of pausing to understand it. But healing begins when we slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with who we truly are. I’m a warm, down-to-earth therapist with nearly 20 years of experience in mental health. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and feeling disconnected or stuck. It is my belief that each human has the capacity for transformation and becoming their most authentic self. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in real-life experience. Together, we create a safe space to explore the parts of you that have been ignored, judged, or are in conflict. Through curiosity and care, we work to understand those parts towards healing past wounds, resolving inner conflicts, and reclaiming your authentic self. Therapy is not just about coping, it’s about becoming. Becoming more grounded, more present, more you. It’s about reconnecting with your own good nature, and making space for clarity, choice, and change. It's about becoming you through courage and compassion. If this resonates, I invite you to reach out for a consultation call to see if we’re a good fit.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I'm a down to earth, friendly, insightful and caring person. I'm solely here for my clients and I'm here to be supportive and encourage to explore what you want and need.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I start by just getting to know you and what are your likes and interests as well as why you chose to get therapy and what you are hoping for and intending on focusing on. From there, I will work with you to come up with goals and objectives and then we can further explore what's going on in your life that you would like to share and work on. I will help with tools and techniques that I will share with you and show you how they work to help with your life balance and well being.
