What should a new client know about working with you?

I identify as a neurospicy queer person and was raised by a combat veteran with PTSD. These experiences, alongside my training, inform a compassionate, grounded approach that honors complexity while remaining hopeful. At the heart of my work is the belief that healing means learning to become your own best friend. Liberation is a personal journey.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Wherever you are on your journey, the good news is that there is always room for growth, healing, and deeper self-understanding. I currently offer telehealth sessions on weekday mornings and afternoons, as well as weekend mornings.
